Data inside of our database is not encrypted at rest, the only data that may be accessible in the event of a leak is your IP address.
You have a right to request a copy of your data, or to have all of your data that we hold removed, at any time, no questions asked. If this is the case, email je@pasted.sh.
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, with a 48 hour notice period before any new changes come into effect.
Breaches of our ToS in relation to CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) invalidate any rights you have under this privacy policy. The content in question will be removed and reported to NCMEC, with relevant information passed onto the appropriate authorities, and your network will be blocked from accessing pasted.sh
